Cub Scout Pack 431 and the Wolverines den is located in the North Phoenix area covering New River, Desert Hills and surrounding areas.  We are part of the Four Peaks District, and the Grand Canyon Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

A Cub Scout unit is called a pack, and it consists of several dens of boys grouped by age or grade in school. Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys who are in the first grade through fifth grade.

The aim of Cub Scouting is to help boys grow into good citizens who are strong in character and personally fit. Parents, leaders, and organizations work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting. The 10 purposes of Cub Scouting are Character Development, Spiritual Growth, Good Citizenship, Sportsmanship and Fitness, Family Understanding, Respectful Relationships, Personal Achievement, Friendly Service, Fun and Adventure, and Preparation for Boy Scouts.
